Structural Survey. Monthly Net Rent (excluding additional and heating costs) for Rented and Cooperative Apartments at the Levels of Municipalities BL, Districts BL, Canton BL, and Switzerland.
Confidence Interval
The estimation accuracy of the sample is quantified by the confidence interval (CI). The confidence interval is calculated in such a way that, in 95% of repeated samples, it would contain the true value. For the calculation of the CI, the R package chensus is used, which implements the formula according to “Structural Survey of the Federal Population Census: Sampling Design and Selection, Weighting, Estimation Method and Pooling 2010–2018 (Chapter 6.2.2)”.
Accuracy
Estimate reliable: 50 or more observations. This is a normally reliable estimate.
Estimate conditionally reliable: 5–49 observations. This is an estimate based on few observations and should be interpreted with particular caution.
No estimate (not reliable): Fewer than 5 observations. The small number of observations does not allow for the publication of the estimate.
